About Yael

Yael's mission is to help stuck teams experiencing challenging relational dynamics become unstuck to achieve their vision and objectives by improving efficiency, productivity and communication flow.

She focuses on supporting organisations to develop a positive working environment in a multi-agency, cross-cultural organisational context where integrating differences is vital for organisational development and transformation.

Her goal is to help teams be able to explore different perspectives in a safe, containing environment leading to team cohesion. By supporting teams to realise their inner collective wisdom and strengths, she helps them uncover hidden solutions to perpetual problems that hinder the organisation's productivity and growth. She uses a range of practical tools to make the invisible visible, helping teams move forward.

Yael is a highly experienced therapist, an NLP Master Practitioner, and a Positive Intelligence Coach. She is a Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCâ„¢), which allows her to work with systems from the 'Third Entity' perspective, focusing on the collective system relationship instead of the individuals within it. Yael has also been involved with the Systems-Centred Training and Research Institute (SCTRI) for nearly ten years, enhancing her knowledge and understanding of phases of group development and team dynamics.
