Positive Intelligence® is an evidence-based programme developed by Shirzad Chamine. It draws from neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive behaviour psychology and performance science.
It offers a practical framework for understanding the mental habits that drain your energy and wellbeing - and learning what you can do about it.

At the heart of the programme are ten ‘Saboteurs’ - our automatic patterns of thinking that generate most of our stress, self-doubt and burnout, often without us noticing these thought patterns.
